1. Nature of Our Services

Biz Evolution provides professional and digital services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Tax Preparation & Filing
  • Payroll Services
  • Company Registrations
  • Business Advisory & Consulting
  • SARS Compliance & Submissions

Due to the nature of these services—many of which involve third-party submissions and immediate time investment—our refund terms are limited and governed by the specific service agreement entered into at the time of engagement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Rendered: If no work has commenced and you cancel the service within 48 hours of payment.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
  • Failure to Deliver: If Biz Evolution fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified time frame and no reasonable explanation or rescheduling is provided.
  • Technical Errors: Where a website, software, or technical system error resulted in incorrect billing.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already rendered or partially completed
  • Urgent or express services initiated upon payment
  • Government or third-party submission fees (e.g., CIPC, SARS)
  • Advisory consultations that have already occurred
  • Digital documents, templates, or tools that have been delivered
  • Delays or outcomes beyond our control (e.g., SARS or CIPC delays)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at sales@bizevolution.co.za with:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Proof of payment
  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund request
  • Relevant supporting documents

We aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve the request within 10 working days.

5. Discretion & Fair Use

Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Biz Evolution reserves the right to decline refunds if we believe the request falls outside our policy or if the services were delivered as agreed.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
