4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
Reviewing all documents submitted on their behalf.
Ensuring all required supporting documents are made available for us to perform services effectively.
Complying with South African Revenue Service (SARS) and CIPC regulations.

5. Fees and Payments

All service fees will be communicated upfront or as per a signed agreement.
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may attract interest or result in the suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal or business information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and only used to provide our services, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing accurate and reliable services, Biz Evolution shall not be held liable for:

Losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the client.
Delays caused by third parties (e.g. SARS, CIPC).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

All content on our website and advice given through our services is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice. Clients should consult professional advisors before making any financial decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by Biz Evolution are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend our services at any time if:

You breach any of these Terms.
You fail to pay for services rendered.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activities.

You may also terminate services with written notice, subject to any outstanding fees owed.
